SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We use DHL/UPS, all tracked, dispatched from California, packaged with care.

Casamota Inc. is only authorized to collect and remit sales tax in for the State of NY and California. For international orders, customs, duties and other charges will be charged by the freight forwarder.

 

*FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS - EXPECTED DELIVERY 6-8 WEEKS

All pre-orders are non refundable and cannot be cancelled.*

 

Pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited. 

 

All orders placed that contain pre-order merchandise in conjunction with in stock merchandise will ship once the pre-order stock arrives.  If you need the in stock merchandise shipped before,  please do place separate orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

No goods will be accepted without a proof of return authorization number. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items and in the condition that they were received. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the items. There is a 10% restocking fee. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you the amount minus a 10% restocking fee.

Should you receive a damaged item please let us know immediately and send us a photo so we can quickly send you a new one or issue a refund.
